Maya Rudolph’s Vagina Jingle Made Our Life

The events of the past week have been pretty heavy (ahem Brexit) so in an attempt to lighten the mood, we need to talk about this…Maya Rudolph has come up with a pretty awesome vagina jingle, which we are calling a ‘vajingle’. IKR.

In the video, the former Saturday Night Live cast member and Bridesmaids actress sings a song about periods which includes classic lines such as:

“Hey Mr. Chemical, stay away from my vajayjay. Hey Mr. Chemical, don’t live on top my tampon, ‘cause it’s a place where babies grow, and everybody knows, it’s the sacred area of my lady body.”

Watch the video below and let us know what you think. No really, do, because we’ve had it on repeat all day and have no one left to WhatsApp about it.

The jingle is promoting an organic sanitary brand which is free of perfumes, unnecessary chemicals and chlorine processing, a sector which is currently gaining in popularity. Most tampons and pads are made from a blend of bleached cotton or synthetic products like plastic which may irritate the sensitive areas around your lady garden. The vagina is a mucus membrane, which means the lining absorbs what you put into your body. While all sanitary products have to meet strict guidelines ensuring they are safe to use, some women prefer using organic products which are certified free of pesticides or chemicals.

If you’re interested in finding out more, you’ll be pleased to hear that Pink Parcel subscribers can choose to receive Organyc tampons in their boxes. The brand’s products are free from synthetics, are made using organic cotton and bleached only in hydrogen peroxide, a naturally occurring disinfectant for hygiene.
