Don’t let period pains get in your way!

Meet the BeYou Period Cramp Relief Patch.

We’ve all been there – cramps (before, during and after our periods) painful, distracting and now, totally manageable.

They are giving us all the (good) feels. No longer are we using heat packs and painkillers – we’ve found a 100% natural, chemical free alternative and it WORKS.

How do they work? There are two active ingredients in the BeYou Period Cramp Relief Patch. Menthol and eucalyptus oil. These work to relax the muscles and provide discrete, continuous relief from period pain and muscle cramps.

Eucalyptus oil works as both an anti-inflammatory and a pain reliever, as well as being a natural vasodilator – which means that it helps to widen blood vessels which aids blood circulation and encourages a free flow of blood to your muscles.

Menthol has the ability to reduce the sensation of pain, sign us up! It has properties that block nerve impulses from pain receptors and is the reason you may experience a tingly sensation when you wear the patch.

The BeYou patches last up to 12 hours and are super easy to apply.

Just peel off the protective liner from the middle (there are some cuts, start from there) and try not to touch the sticky back!

Then you can pop the patch on wherever you’re feeling pain. Feel free to double up as well, one on your front, just below your belly and one on the lower back if you’re experiencing cramps there too! Don’t worry if you don’t feel anything right away, it can take up to 20-30 mins before you start to feel anything.

When you’re ready to remove the patch just peel it off (you can loosen it with a bit of warm water if you want) and pop it in the bin!

We’re obsessed with these patches from BeYou. Finally we’ve found amazing natural relief from period cramps, and we’re telling EVERYONE.
