Cravings Corner! For When You Want To Drink Smoothies


This yummy treat is whizzed up with a nutritional powder made from a blend of pea, flaxseed and hemp, and with ingredients made from leafy greens and vegetables, which is high in protein, fibre, vitamins and certain minerals and omega-3. Pear and Chocolate Smoothie


  • Serves: 1
  • Prep time: 5 minutes


How to make: 

  • Peal and core the pear, place in a blender and add the remaining ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass to serve.
