“I loooooove to pamper, pamper, pamper myself like crazy when I’m on my period so I always head straight to LUSH cosmetics and treat myself to a bath bomb – and not forgetting a face mask (cup of coffee is my favourite). I’ll then head home, run myself a hot bath, jump in the tub and chillax… At this particular moment, I am in my absolute element!”

“I usually feel really tired during my period, so I do like to relax on the sofa watch a film (with some goodies, of course). Usually a rom-com or something funny. I’ve learnt over the years not to watch a weepy film. It’s just not worth it, I end up in bits!”
