We caught up with Victoria, LOOK’s Senior Picture Researcher, to get the low-down on her signature style, handbag must-haves and make-up mistakes.
What product did you pick to go in our LOOK x Pink Parcel edit?
The Balance Me Super Toning Polish - I prefer using natural products on my skin so I was really pleased with the results of this. After having a shower and working the product into my skin, it not only left me with super soft skin, I also noticed that I had a natural healthy glow to the areas I had exfoliated with this product. Let’s just say I will be adding it to my shower routine. This product definitely gets a thumbs u p from me!
What’s your signature beauty style?
I stopped wearing make up on a day to day basis, but when I do it’s a simple classic flick on the eyes and for the evening a super easy black smokey eye.
What’s your biggest make-up mistake and why?
Wearing the wrong shade of foundation, there is still not much out there for dark skin women foundation wise, especially with different under tones. So there have been many times when the flash has gone off on a camera and my face looks 10 shades different to the rest of my body lol.
What is your period craving?
It varies but hands down sweet and salty popcorn or good old cake and custard does the trick!
What 3 items do you always keep in your handbag and why?
Tissues- you never know when you might need them. Lip balm- no one likes dry chapped lips. Mirror- just for those quick fix ups.
What’s your go-to fashion fix when you’re on your period/feeling low?
Anything that isn't too clingy and makes me feel comfortable.
Whose look do you love and why?
Olivia Palermo, I love her style she can mix pretty much any trend together and still look incredible, I also love how she wears high street too!
What A/W trend will you be turning to this season?
I really am loving Embroidery and Tapestry at the moment and have already purchased a few pieces
